  * Note: Group fitness classes can be included in personal training packages


Exercise therapy programs are geared toward the individual

Achieving physical goals normally requires someone to be something they have not been yet. Following a progressive plan will get us to where we want to be.

* STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

    -Becoming strong as you need to be  or able to do what you need to do.


* GENERAL REHABILITATION

  - Going for overall physical improvement

   -Restoring onesself to, hopefully, do what you used to do 


* BALANCE TRAINING

  -Developing the strength, coordination balance or flexibility necessary to move equally and     confidently


* POWER & ENERGY

  Training to increase movement force and energy output and be able to do so repeatedly for a   necessary duration


*GENERAL HEALTH

 - An, overall, improvement of functional movement and healthy life practices
