MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE

are stimulated to promote healing. Calms the nervous  system, stimulates 

circulation reduce stress and soothe pain. Effective for muscle painssciatica symptoms, stressors, headachesis a type of preventive healthcare. Its goal is to provide regular check-ups that allow doctors or midwives to treat and prevent potential health problems throughout the course of the pregnancy and to promote healthy lifestyles that benefit both mother and child. 

HAWAIIAN LOMI LOMI

Designed for exceptionally high level relaxation. Goes beyond massage to something morespiritual and releasing.  Nurturing strokes are relaxing andncourage feelings or release but are very therapeutic in various ways.   Strokes are long and sweeping to create a higher connection in the receiver sweeping to create

Traditional lomilomi may include joint movement and range of motion work
